My gut feeling is as yours but since we've been in the prem we've been streaky and hoping one of those will come along soon. I'm the most negative bloke in the world but a run of three wins can change things massively.

Why do people keep having to mention what anyone is allegedly paid. It's the going rate, like it or not. Pay them more and they don't improve, pay them less and they don't play worse. The wages are what they are.

What's happened to Souare? Played in the League Cup but hasn't been in the U23 side since. Is he injured again?

I've not heard anything about another injury but I guess a year out will take a while to get back to full strength/fitness. I recon he'll be back in first team contention Dec/Jan with a run out in the cup beforehand perhaps?

The wages are what they are. i get you, but if a player is paid more you expect more, if jordan mutch was signed for 500k on 5k a week nobody would be slagging him off. let this sink in for a minute...both PVA & schlupp are paid more than deli ali and most of spurs 1st team. that, my friend is throwing good money after bad! thats why its worth bringing up what massivly underperforming players are paid.
