A person's ashes have no "human rights", and a person's own human rights don't extend beyond their death. So people saying that Brady "deserves" to have his ashes treated with respect are simply wrong. I sense that this whole story arises from yet another smart-arse lawyer whose time would be better spent dealing with something that actually matters.
