I read yesterday that we are the only team in all of the major European leagues that has lost every match without scoring a goal

Parish knows little more than any other fan who's never played football or has just started watching it live every week a few years ago. Business decisions, yes. Football ones, no. His luck and chancing it without cover will kill us. Say it every year but it's all alright because it was so good last year, forgetting the cost of the left back problem for example.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Totally agree with the above, Parish is in denial of what a awful position he has put us in, And if we do manage to stay up yet again It will be nothing to do with anything he has done, But i guess its ok because he saved the club some years ago, How long can he live rely on that

He chose a really bad time to get bolshie on Twitter, when almost everyone with grey matter between their ears knew/knows what the problems were/are. Maybe he should just stick to factual announcements for a while?

One of the places I worked had a Director of Personnel who would insist on having mass meetings with the staff about every organisational change, and they used to lead to more discontent than if he'd just emailed everyone.

Sometimes it's just better not to engage too closely with the masses as you just tend to end up upsetting them. Perhaps that's a lesson that Steve should take heed of.

In the last 11 league games we've lost them all to nil except scoring 4 v relegated Hull.

3rd time we've done this. Had no cover in 1 or 2 positions.

Don't worry. The sun will rise tomorrow.

And the sun will set on our crashing out of the top tier of English football in May.
Well done SP for your ' muddled' thinking.

No team that has lost their first six games of the season has survived relegation in the last 32 years - the last team to successfully avoid relegation after six winless matches to start a campaign were Leicester City in the 1983-84 campaign.I think its time for a little bet on that one

When you talk about the position SP has put us in, do you mean in the PL punching above our weight for the last four seasons? Was always going to be a time when we would come a cropper. That time is more than likely now. The real fans will stick with us when we go down and still be around as we rebuild and try to come back up stronger. The flakey fans won't. Doesn't bother me if we go down to rebuild one bit.
What an arsehole SP must be for putting us in this awful position.

I wish you were managing the team, your motivational talks would turn things around in no time.
