Waste of space and if hge is not dropped for good there is no justice in the world.

What gets me is he spends his half his time waving his arms at the other players and gesticulating at them but does nothing himself,Dann and he had words about it in the second half and it was getting tasty until Cabaye intervened Edited by MR200% (16 Sep 2017 6.06pm)

Absolutely shocking. Should have been dropped long ago never mind given the captains arm band. If he did as much work with his feet as he does with his arms and mouth he may contribute something. I have to wonder if he has something in his contract stating that he has to play. Surly there can be no way he is being selected on performances. As for Ward I am not even going to bother wasting my time saying what every other Palace fan can clearly see. Just an absolute liability.

A captain has to lead by example. In fact, if the players are following Puncheon's example, maybe that explains why we're so s***.

I think today was the first step towards him being dropped. Roy coming straight in and giving the Captain the push would appear humiliating and disrespectful but giving him a chance in the correct position whilst Wilf is injured and proving he doesn't have the legs anymore is probably going to be the best way sort it without causing a s*** storm.

I thought ward got better as the game went on, though not by much. I just can't see how punch gets dropped unless he is injured or suspended. I don't think he is as bad as people are making out but he does need dropping along with CB and ward. I realise we can't drop CB. Our best 11 is so obvious to everyone under the sun, especially when WZ and MS get back.

All forward momentum stops when Punch gets on the ball. You have to pray it doesn't get on his wrong foot otherwise he does a little circle to get back onto his kicking (rather than standing) foot. Every midfielder in the premier league who does their homework on the opposition know this and his weaknesses are totally exposed. He is however the best marker of open space I've ever seen and can often be seen waving his arms at his team mates to go and mark some space of their own.

I'm sick of seeing him on the pitch. It's like playing with 10... 9 if you include Ward. Drop them Roy. Drop them both. For the sake of the team. For the sake of our place in the PL. Enough, already.
