Reading the rest of the post, I doubt it. As I said, it's not condescending. It's actually helpful to know. Actually the help is undervalued. Or do people prefer going through their whole lives not knowing the correct word for something or how to speak in their own language?

Hardly being done in front of people is it?

He could still easily suffer from dyslexia, it doesn't make you a complete moron.

If it was pure laziness and someone who blatantly couldn't be bothered then fair enough but you can quite clearly see the guy can read and write from the rest of his post, could of been a typo, could of been on his phone typing so quick it auto corrected to that, might not know the difference or constantly gets confused between the two,a sign of being dyslexic.

We both know the other poster wasn't trying to help him out, was just being a complete knob who didn't agree and just found it easier to try and ridicule his spelling.

Not a cat in hells chance.
Said he no longer wants to fight fires. That's all he'd ever do at Palace.

I wouldn't rule him out of returning to football management at some point but he's only been retired 5 minutes. Give him a year or so and I wouldn't be surprised to see him back somewhere. How many times has Warnock and Redknapp retired?

The poster on here isn't dyslexic.

He's not dyslexic. Just ignorant. I'm referring to the person I was giving as an example but people who can't be bothered to use a simple correct word in their own language? Hardly a long challenging word, is it?

It's not a typo. He uses his or he's when it's the other all the time.

Phones don't change his to he's or vice versa.

Oh wtf do I care? Live in ignorance till your dying day using incorrect words everyday of your life for all I care. It won't be me who feels the negative effects of it. I blame a lot of this not just on people getting it wrong btw. Parents, schools, tv, soaps, so called celebrities. You'll notice the ones who cannot speak properly don't hang around as long.

Btw, it's could have or could've and not could of. Something else you hear over and over again from here today, gone tomorrow tw&ts on ITV, which I rarely watch because it's turned into entertainment for idiots in the last few years. Oh it was viewed as down market decades ago by the upper middle class. Looks like it's found a loyal market and is helping in dumbing them down. Soap script writers are to blame as well. Pick a big story and stop watching it as soon as the big story has been concluded as it's followed by nothing stories for months after, and that's by design.

It's early December and you are the chairman of a premier league club in the bottom 3. You don't think your manager has what it takes to get you out.

Sam Allardyce has been getting stories in the media to suggest he might be tempted back. There's intense speculation that one of your rivals is prepared to pay him a fortune. You believe this will make them safe, decreasing the chances of your own club staying up.

You arrange a meeting with Sam and you can feel with every ounce of your being that he will keep your club up. He's calm, knowledgeable and has researched your club.

His price is 6m salary and 4m bonus if you stay up. He also insists on being allowed to spend 45m net in the January transfer window as he sees fit. If you have targets of your own you can chase them, but the 45m net spend is separate from that.

The reward is 140m in 2018/19 revenue and an improved squad. Do you do the deal?

That is what i predict we will see. the 2m compensation to Palace will be nothing. we may even be at the front of the queue ourselves. I hope not.

If you want to live in a world full of kindness, respect and love, try to show these qualities.

It wasn't all he was doing at West Ham with a much lesser squad at his disposal.

Not saying that he will come back though as I don't think he would.

Tbh Rudi, when it comes to football you're probably one of the best posters on here, you definitely know what you're talking about, tactically, you're usually spot on, you can read the game well, usually bang on with players performances and what we're doing wrong and definitely watch the games, I'll always make sure I read what you've got to say about performances and everything football related. Oh and politically you seem pretty bang on.

Still think you're a knob when it comes to picking up people for grammar. Quite easy for you to pass it off as ignorance as you obviously don't suffer from dyslexia. How frustrating do you think it is for people who are far from idiots but will never be able to articulate that in writting.

You know you're football so go after people who speak complete nonsense about that on a football forum, someone making a point or discussing something palace related and someone just picks up the fact he used his instead of he's adds nothing to the thread and just makes him look a knob in my opinion.

I believe Sam when he says he doesn't want to fight fires anymore. If a mid level club like Stoke, WBA or Southampton cames in for him, and weren't struggling then he might be tempted

He said yes.
Now I'm presuming he was discussed before as a player Sam wanted.
You probably won't.!!

Nope, I have no feeling on this either way. Just repeating what he said on Sky.

It really makes me sad because I am the atypical working class kid who wasn't academically good at school but got in to writing when I was 19.

I guess I'm less sensitive to being corrected because I get it all the time when I speak Swedish. You get used to feeling stupid in this situation.

I have also a difficult time not saying 'one' instead of 'you' when speaking English these days because I'm used to saying that in both Swedish and English when speaking to Swedes.

rikz, thanks for the compliment. I also take notice and read your palace posts. What is surprising on here is when you disagree with someone or some people for quite a while and then circumstances at the club change and your opinions become closer than you thought they could.

With regards to the dyslexia, I don't think Zaha oh yes is dyslexic. There is one or 2 on hol who I think are, who I won't name, and have I said a thing? No.

With regards to being a knob, well, that would be fair if correcting people in person. And there are a few people who, if I did correct, wouldn't lash out, or if they did, it wouldn't get them very far. There are also some who you'd possibly think may not be communicators, yet they are, because they had to be, so wanted to be.

What I'm saying is, this is like an anonymous piece of help. The helpee nobody knows so it could just be taken as valuable advice in using their own language correctly. But if it isn't taken in that way then they're welcome to continue using incorrect words for the rest of their lives. It's really not something to cling onto with any pride. The older you get the more you realise. Some of the most violent and selfish criminals who have never valued society come to this conclusion, and are glad they have, and say they are better for it.

Good luck whichever.

He's been in the news today saying that Mike Ashley has done all he can for Newcastle and that it's up to Benitez to spend the available money better. I reckon he goes back there when Benitez walks.
