No smoke without fire, something obviously ain't right, parish might aswell stick his hands up now say it's not working for either party, he got it wrong and get it sorted before the damage is irreversible. Regardless of the Burnley game what's the point having a manager you can't work with.

It certainly sounds plausible to me. There are about half a dozen people in my field of work that I just can't work with, no matter what. As a general rule, these are bellends, but most bellends I can handle. Some people just not. The body language, press handling, decisions being taken etc do all point to a serious disconnect between de Boer and his Board.

And your rumour isn't exactly the only rumour of that sort coming out of the club.

If that's the case he's obviously toast.

Who?..........OMG this could get messy.

Having seen the short clip of Parish being interviewed on Sky Sports at the end of transfer deadline day, then my guess is there's a lot of truth in the OP's story.

A question for the doubters. Why would the OP wait 4 years if he wanted to be a troll?

As a matter of interest I have been a member of the BBS for five years and made my first post last week.

Perhaps the OP didn't have anything interesting to say before last night so rather than just post yabber yabber like so many others do he waited until he did have.

On the subject of whether Parish likes de Boer personally it shouldn't be relevant as he doesn't have to like him as long as his dislike doesn't interfere with the running of the footballing side of the club.

I wonder if Sir Chips Keswick and Arsene Wenger are besties?

He was just very cold and blunt...a million miles away from the supportive way he usually talks about his managers.

Parish said 'it's a results based business'

There's nothing to relate to the OP

But you wouldn't sack someone just because of three results, so there must be more to it. For instance he's experimenting when he's been told to win matches; he's lost the dressing room; or he's just being a bellend and pi**ing everyone off.

Well I suspect we won't have to worry about whether Parish and de Boer get on much longer as I don't see us winning at Burnley in which case he'll be gone.
