At least he would play to our players strengths and more importantly knows the league and its intensity something which has caught FdB with his pants down Let's hope Frank pulls up his pants and comes it fighting, would love us to turn it round with him in charge.

That's a fairly simplistic view. Ok in our current situation I'd probably agree. I.e. If we did change managers we'd want them to hit the ground running. But plenty of teams have successfully employed managers with no Prem experience. Hence why the Prem is FULL of foreign managers that at one point had no Prem experience. Gone are the days where it's just musical chairs between the managers already working here. To many examples to bother naming, but yes IF we replaced frank then yeah we'd likely need someone with Prem experience to stabilise us, not least our baying mob of fans. I'm sorry gold, but this experience will scald about of the board. We will be stuck with the safe hands and old dinosaurs of the management world. If the paper reports were accurate, it was Steve parish that wanted to change the style of the team in the summer. After escaping pardew balls up, seems an old decision. New style takes more than 4 games to implement, but won't be given that time. If reports were to be believed that dyche was very interested in Palace position in the summer. The lack of learning is the concern for me. Probably be Hiddink or hodgson.

So far FDB has shown little sign of trying to make it a transition and from the players body language they seem lost and rudderless. Sakho will help because he is clearly a leader. We need to find stabality if FDB can do this fine but if not we need the Hodgson's of this world to get us back on course.

Steve Parish will be desperate for FDB to succeed not only in the interests of the club but on a personal level as it was he who chose him after a vigorous selection process.FDB might be given the time to turnaround our fortunes. An early departure will be an admittance that Steve got it very wrong but of course we all make mistakes in life. Wouldn't be surprised if FDB is in charge for Burnley but of course if he is gone by then I don't suspect too many supporters will be agog given the 'Mood music' at present.I have spoken to a number of people outside the club in the last few days and not one believes FDB will be around for too much longer. The biggest problem I see is that we will still have the same guy who appointed FD along with a list of other failures in charge of the club, That's not too inspiring, Personally I think its premature to start asking for FD to be sacked. And maybe we should look at bringing in Help for Steve first, I think DF is really just a scout for the club
