I think I should have stayed away from numbers as none of us other than SP and the board know the facts.

PvA was apparently £9m, Schlupp £12m, and Luka undisclosed but thought to be £12.5, plus the Sakho loan fee and I would say that's nearer £40m or over if you include signing on fees etc.

It all comes down to how you present the facts anyway. For example, Sam lost 11 games last season in the PL. How many did Pardew lose? 11. The big difference?

Sam W7 D1 L11
Pardew W4 D4 L11

So basically Sam turned three draws into wins. That was the difference.

It's not that simple of course, but if you just looked at results then Sam suddenly looks only fractionally better. That's the problem with stats/facts.

Not quite:
Pardew W4 L10 D2 Win ratio 25% (14/48 points)
Allardyce W8 L11 D2 Win ratio 38% (26/63 points)

Don't forget also that under AP we had one clean sheet and under SA that was 6 - I would say that was the main difference, as every one of those clean sheets resulted in 3 points.

I wasn't keen when SA was appointed, but fair play to him, he changed things around, spent some money and kept us up and I would absolutely take that win % over a season right now.

Stop making up "fact" It's a tad hypocritical and removes the modicum of credibility you think you have.

I didn't state my figures were fact. They are taken from a variety of sources, including Palace's own.

The Sakho loan fee is an guesstimate.

Please don't forget over the last four and a bit seasons we have had more Managers than most clubs in PL, stood still or even gone backwards in terms of team performance and have won just 26 of 78 home PL games. SP has been Chairman throughout that period so lets forget what good he did in 2010, since then he has not been so good in terms of his controlling of Managers and transfers which is why we are this position!

"Sam spend <sic> £30m plus the loan fee"

Please show me the direct quote that backs up the figures you produced as it certainly looks like you're passing it off as fact and I have never read exactly how much has been spent by Sam, usually is an undisclosed fee.
