1: Zaha, Townsend and Benteke will be a handfull for all.
2: We need Cabaye
3: You can't play from the back with players who cannot pass.
4: We wiil go to Anfield with a hope to beat them.
5: De Boer will get us to be attractive to watch.

That's all.

6. I may have to change my signature line.

We don't do possession; we do defense and attack. Everything else is just wa**ing with a football.

2: Schlupp is not a defender
3: As number 3 above but I will add you also can't play from the back with midfielders who don't move into space and give the defenders something to pass to.
4: Frank has got one pupil bigger than the other
5: Delaney is finished

Although he his probably my favourite player at the moment, I have to agree. I'm hoping that with some game time under his belt, he will become a bit sharper but sadly I doubt it.

7th thing I learnt, never return to Norway on holiday unless you get a 20k loan out for one weeks spending money.

1 It was a friendly
2 First game for the players after a break.
3 De Boer wanted to assess player in a game.
4 Liverpool had 3 previous games and it showed.
5 I couldn't give a toss about the result, as it has no relevance to the coming season.

You gotta love all these posters getting hot under the collar, about a bloody pre season friendly.

8th thing I have learnt is not to lick the yellow snow

5 things I learned
1.Hennessey is better than Mignolet
2.Salah should be in my fantasy team
3.Don’t write off Scott Dann yet
4.FDB true to his word, gave kids a chance
5.How to pronounce Lapado and Wan-Bissaka

Everything else I already knew:
Wilf, Benteke, Andros, Luka are worthy of the shirt
We need more from Punch
Damo is done, a complete liability
Ward isn’t quite good enough these days
Schlupp has quality on the ball and wings on his feet, just needs more defensive quality
Grujic is a total t***
Commentators are biased and linesmen blind (Origi clearly offside)
Another trophy we haven’t won

So happy football is back in my life

1-Franks pupils give me the Willies
2-98% of Liverpool fans have never been to Anfield
3-John Barnes is now a fat f*****
4-Baring in mind who our gaffer is, Liverpool were playing in what should be our away kit
5-And finally I give even less of a fcuk about friendlies now than I did before this game

Looking at the stat
one shot Crystal Palace / 14 shot Liverpool
62% Liverpool 38% Crystal Palace = possession

Does not sound good but yeah! ...this is just a friendly 🤔

Frank knows Delaney is not good enough to be first team - we have got Jairo Riedewald for that. We are about to sign a first team keeper as well to replace Mandanda so things will look better defensively.

get that LCB in, get in DMC back up in, perhaps a CAM as once Cabayes injured we'll be in trouble, and another striker.

A lot of transfers to be completed still and I think most will happen, somehow.
