Well, I certainly hope so! The trouble is that everyone else wants one as well.

Shocked tbh

On the plus side there are some new names there. Maybe Fdb targeting positions rather than who is best.

Got to face facts. With their injuries Wickham and Souare will be doing well to restore former levels of pace, skill etc. Sport at the top level is cruel.

If I had to guess, Kaikai and Dreher are being kept back for the Maidstone (U-23) game. Likely Mutch will be in that game, although hopefully FDB is already looking to unload him.

As for Wickham I wouldn't be surprised to see him in the Maidstone game too, even if just as a sub. He's been practicing with the first team.

Let's see what Keshi Anderson and Freddie Lapado can do. I watched Freddie in a pre-season game last year and he looked like he had some ability. Neither lit it up on their last loan spells, but both did okay.

A relegation squad at the moment.

Badly in need of quality re-inforcements but they are being worked on.

Blimey Willo your underway early this season.
Do you think we will need something against West Brom.!! ?

Just shows the depth of the squad when the likes of Delaney,Sako,Lee and Williams are included.
Frightning when one considers the squad in total.

Not at all Willo.
We can still field the same team against Huddersfield that won at Liverpool in April.
Plus 4 of the Subs.

Huddersfield have been active in the transfer market signing 7 players who weren't at the club last season.

Personally don't think Kai Kai or dreher would be good enough this season and would benefit from loans to the championship.

Agreed with Kai Kai,he has had a couple of chances with Pardew and Sam.
Not good enough for the first 11.

When he first came to the club for a trial, he was sent away and told to continue with his Sunday football but he returned and was signed.Certainly not the "prettiest" player with the ball at his feet.

Marvellous in our first season we signed 16 players.
In fact we signed one to many.
Holloway tried various combinations then lost the plot.
We improved when Millen took us back to basics with the original promotion team.
I'll be interested to see if all the signings at Everton improves there position come May.

And how many did we sign under Holloway in our first first year back in the prem. all i'm saying is just cause they've signed a load of players doesn't mean they'll be far more intimidating.
