Wow really never knew he played 27 games, that's actually worth noting.

But personally I think Parish is looking long term at one or two of the kids breaking through and has said he doesn't want to block their paths buy signing people in there place until they've been given a crack. At least that's what I took from the end of season interview he gave.

Hence loftus-cheek loan being ideal, brings a fresh body into central midfield but as it's only temporary it doesn't block progression steves hoping will happen.

... And yet he helped a poor Bournemouth squad finish higher than us... Played 27 times as well...

I'll take your word that they are a poor squad, and yes they finished 5 points ahead of us.
However as of today Bournemouth have not tried to make the deal permanent.
Maybe they will.
Jack has played a lot of Football at a young age,but is continually injured.
Recovering at the moment from a Fibula injury.
Certainly not a "water carrier" when fit like your mate Jordan.!!!!!

I have to disagree that they had a "Poor Squad".
And they have added to it in pre-season with the signings of Begovic, Ake, Defoe and Mahoney.

Quite amazing that he created the top chances at The Cherries with only 1.59 per game.
Seems low to me.

Agreed...but there again I was surprised to see that he'd played so many games..like others I always considered him to be forever injured, and he only got injured because he was having the s*** kicked out of him vs Spurs.

Maybe he is worth a punt?? Certainly worth consideration.

Maybe they've spent their budget and now need to reign in their spending? Not quite sure how much they've spent these last couple of seasons but I have a feeling its more than we have...plus they're looking to divert money to a new ground.
