Compare these 1950s and '60s hollowly blocks with balconies and wind tunnels to the new style although this new cladding and aluminium rumour cause sounds inexcusable. Some of these blocks near the river in south London have 24 hour manned security on the ground floor. If this one did a manual alarm could've been raised. This sh1t must worry every high rise council tenant around.
