He's not going to be first choice wherever he goes in the PL. If he wants to play regular football then he needs to move down a division. Not all players want football though, some like to take their wages and warm the bench. I'm not saying he is one of them, but they are definitely about.

If you use stats...at least use them in a proper context.

Yes the last 2 years most have been at sub. In the his 1st year at the club under warnock. How many clear cut chances did he miss. That chance he had at old Trafford 2 yrs ago was terrible.

Whilst you can't deny his workrate and commitment. As a striker your judge on goals. He has 5 premier league goals in 43 appreances. If we are to move to the next level, then he needs to leave. That's a bit harsh, I'm happy to accept a striker that creates goals or plays an integral role in creating them. Alan Lee was never prolific, but how many of Darren Ambrose's goals came from his knock down's. Of course that's moot as Frazier Campbell isn't really much in that department either, so its a moot point. Hear that, that's the sound of a thousand Palace fans offering to drive Campbell up to Huddersfield.

I think that's true, he's better than we think, but not actually very good. I reckon if he starts every game for Huddersfield he'll get 7 or 8 goals in the season.

Always worked har. I don't understand how good a 4th choice striker is meant to be. Yes, he's crap, but in a crisis (if Benteke and the injury prone Wickham got injured) he'da handy player to have.
