I can make up stories too and get some right, not difficult. Report's suggest that he is done with management and wanted to finish on a high and nothing to do with Defoe anyway. Silva is in talks with Porto which you should have checked first as well before having to backtrack on that point. At least you're entertaining

This post has been merged from a topic called 'New manager suggestions' by Guntrisoft When the pressure was on Huddersfield they bottled it. They had a great chance to catch the top two, and in the end were then lucky to make the playoffs. Squeezed through on penalties against Sheffield Wednesday. Too much hype around him, not sure he is really as good as everyone seems to think he is.

Who are the options for us? Not many with good prem experience. I know a few people are saying Marco Silva, but he is in Portugal discussing with Porto but does have a relegation release clause and did make an impact in turning Hull around with in all honesty a weaker squad than we have at the moment. Gary Monk I've never been convinced by and has just had an option to extend his contract a year exercised today Ranieri being talked about but to me he seems he was able to keep a good run rolling but when it was beginning to go wrong couldn't turn it around. Heard he wasn't enough of a disciplinarian (Bit like Pardew).

You do realise what he's working with at Huddersfield, don't you? I think he's done a great, if fairly specific, job with them.
Well I think Simon's head is large; always involved in espionage. (Name that tune) |

Brendan Rodgers Needs to get back in the Premier league. Good fit for Palace Whoever takes the job will probably have a quiet off the record chat with Sam first and if the real reason for him leaving is Chairman interference then I doubt whether anyone with a decent pedigree would want to come here

This post has been merged from a topic called 'New manager suggestions' by Guntrisoft This post has been merged from a topic called 'New Manager?' by Guntrisoft NOT Coleman or Popovic or anyone that used to play for us. Same usual bulls*** names pop up. Please no Hodgson or Moyes. Realistically who is available? I really think Sam would have taken us up a level as we really only need about 4 or 5 replacements in the first team and we'd have been ok with a good squad and not just first 11.

And, shoot the messenger if you want but Aitor Karanka is someone Parish likes a lot. Talks will happen there too. Cue another season of struggle. No thanks.

Oh dear, you're clearly a ..... Been on this website for years and posted honestly what I hear from people within the game. Porto by the way isn't a done deal with Silva but I imagine is likely. Thing is, I won't post something for the sake of posting. People who have been on this website since 2002 know that. So good luck to you mate.
