Rubbish. The streaing sites I use are well know and make no efforts to hide themselves mainly because as it stands they're not breaking any laws by not hosting. This may (and sadly will change somewhere down the line) but those that do the streaming are always a step or two ahead of Sky et al who can only play catch up in their attempts to stop it.

Many streaming sites even have Facebook pages, that's how underground they feel the need to be!

i've used mobdro a fair bit but have noticed recently that my provider (virgin) has blocked it. if i use 4g to get the stream (which i cant do at home as not a strong enough signal), it works fine. At work or other places, signal is fine, however, wifi at home and "this stream is offline"

so yes, using a VPN will be the way forward.
