My back was up after reading a s***e article linking him with a return to Newcastle because of a tweet congratulating them on promotion. I mean ffs! Would be gutted if he left, he makes us tick. It's gone to s*** a few times this season when he's gone off/ been injured.

It's so exciting to think what the 11 who started v Arsenal could do if augmented with a couple of gems. Cabaye, Luka, Wilf , Benteke and Sakho are all bits of that jigsaw. It would be great if they saw / believed that too.
If you want to live in a world full of kindness, respect and love, try to show these qualities. |

Just give him the money he wants and let him stay. you go a little too far but i agree with your premise. look what happened when he and tomkins were out. sam finally getting the most out of him. stupid pardew had him in the wrong position. there's no reason to sell him: he's too old to be wanted by a big club. going to france, you could see, to play in champion's league. PSG = no. monaco and nice = definitely no. maybe marseille if he really wanted europa. he really has no leverage for anything. a very good starting player for us who should stay. in fact, we really don't have a solid player to push competition. need good cover for him. and that person is not mcarthur.

Thought he was a waste of space for many a month, however as time has passed his impact on the team has become more and more apparent. Its his constant pressure on the ball that impresses me the most and when he gets it, how he uses it. We look a whole gear short when he's not in the team, we have to offer him a fair deal to keep him IMO.

Not the McArthur of the last few games but a fully fit and injury free McArthur could be.

Employee of the month is a good example of how someone can be both a winner and a loser at the same time. |

Don't be delusional, we all know Cabaye is better than Iniesta and Messi. Cabaye is worth more to us, than he is worth now imo. He might not beable to play every game of next season due to his legs, but he's by far our best creative player.
