If Messi scored that it'd win the Puskas award.

Makes me think back to our play-off win over the gays. Before the game they were boasting they had better wingers than us. Would love to have seen Will Buckley score a goal like that..

For me I think the fact that the Ivory Coast have yet another meaningless friendly on Monday is ridiculous
Players travelling to Russia for Friday night game, then on to Africa for Monday night game...too much ...clearly the Ivory Coast football federation are desperate for money....just hope it isn't at our expense !!!

Fantastic goal from Wilf, England's loss is Ivory coast's gain.

Wilf's actual goal was better than Barnes'. He had to get through better defending, more players/tackles and tighter spaces. But Barnes' was better for the occasion, the opposition and the fact that the game has improved since then anyway. There's no way to compare perfectly but if you just look at the two side by side, Wilf's was definitely better.

If you want to live in a world full of kindness, respect and love, try to show these qualities.

There is a name....didn't Payet say he was worth double what wilf was? Where is he now? Still in the championship?

Debatable. Wilf beat more players and no deflection on the way to the goal. Both great goals mind.

Great goal by Wilf, stood strong in the box and scored. Nearly always goes down in the box if someone comes near him when playing for Palace.
