Suffice to say, a brilliant appointment by Steve Parish, which I would suggest has saved us from relegation which was looking almost inevitable under our previous so called manager, the preening, prancing, dancing, peacock Pards !!

I'm a big fan. Aways was. The way the West Ham cretins treated him highlighted how totally deluded and classless they are. He's a top manager. If he does the impossible and keeps us up, we really will push on to become an established Premier Legue club under his reign. Indeed.

Amazing how opinions have changed from December. Remember reading "ridiculous appointment, I HATE THE MAN, Big Fat Cash Sam, Dinosaur, Worst moment in clubs history in years" I've backed Sam all the way and knew he would turn us around. Some aren't even admitting they were wrong just immediately started posting "I like the man, ect ect" embarrassing. Rant over. Hey Kermit
Yannick Bolasie - Glenn Murray - Wilfried Zaha Most exciting attacking trio at Selhurst Park in years. |

Sam is the right manager for us, over the years he has always been successful. Just look at the players he has brought in, Milo & Sakho for me total quality that we needed. Pardew for me always was a showman and not a real manager I am so glad he has gone and pity the next club he goes to. Newcastle fans were right!!!

I feel that in general the supporters of the other teams in the relegation dogfight wish they had Allardyce as their manager.

I was highly delighted with his appointment. I maybe said that once before. It was like a big happy shining beacon at the end of a 6 wins in a one year pitch black tunnel.

We play less expansive, 'worse', football under Big Sam thats for sure. Surely even with your Sam-tinted glasses on, you can admit that? So does that mean 20 pointless passes between the gk and 2 centre backs then a massive hoof ball to nothing for 90 minutes week week out was good expansive football?? Feck me I don't know what team you was watching before Allradyce turned it around but it wasn't the same one as me.All this long ball bollox that's associated with Allardyce confuses me.The long ball s*** is what he has stopped us doing not what he's got us doing.

Agreed. And yet when Cabaye put that 30 yard pinpoint pass onto Wilf's foot from which he scored v The Albion the commentator dismissed it as an hopeful long hoof.

when pullis was appointed I never felt that he ever wanted to be here. I think and hope that it is different with big sam. he referred to us as "we" from the very beginning which is something knob pullis never did. also I did not see any signs of the ugly football that he is renowned for against west brom.
