There are quite a few posters in the same vein as Legal in the 'comrades' group that are not only supercilious but also overbearing, condescending and patronizing which has put a lot of the posters off from indulging in certain threads due to their attitudes.

But,what is so amusing and ironic about you,Hedgehog and the like is your seeming utter lack of self-insight in your posts...

You are every bit as good/bad as "us" in the general way you conduct yourselves ...Indeed,my personal view would be that the patronising,self righteous personal attacks, prejudice,bile and spleen that swills out of your collective unconscious angst so regularly...points the finger somewhat more in "your" direction than "our's"..as if you collectively could be said to have put the "cilious" into "supercilious"

Nothing so blind as a deluded right winger on a mission IMHO who constantly plays the person not the ball,makes silly digs and is blind to their own prejudices and thinks they are merely spouting non ideological "commonsense", and that posters such as Midlands Eagle are only referring to others (ie lefties),never them..

But,each to their own, and everyone is entitled to an opinion (even us lefties!)

Haven't met him but have read the autobiography and he has led a fascinating life.

To be fair he was in Mike Bassett though so I might have to reconsider my "terrific actor" comment.
