Nailed on for the Rangers job

Could be right, especially with the Mike Ashley connection.

Feel sorry for the next club he manages.

Can't think of a former Palace manager to leave us in a bigger state. I know Kember, burley and Francis was bad but there wasn't a division between players and fans. Is pardew the worst manager we've ever had?

Especially with the funds he had available

By some he will be viewed as a manager who took over after 20 games when we were in the relegation zone, comfortably saved us from the drop finishing 10th and took us to a cup final the following season.Perhaps he divides opinion amongst our supporters.

I had a Ranges fan in the house the other week. The only reason she'd ever heard of Palace (apart from talking to me) was the notoriety he had achieved by using us to demonstrate just how badly it is possible to f*** up a football team.

You've used the key words there.... 'divides opinion.'
He has always been a divisive character.

In his managerial career, the longest he has been out of a job is 8 months.

It;s the same for Holloway, some look at his time as a huge success, got us in the prem at the expense of Brighton.

i look at it that he got us over the line, but not through a last day win to scrape 6th, the players paying for the club/fans in the play offs (just look at wilfs face).. the transfer window with him was a complete mess - the only good thing Holloway did was know when to walk away.

I'll take exception there.
I didn't want Holloway in the first place and after his initial 3 games it all started going wrong.
However, you've always gotta love him for that play off semi....
And then the final.
He's an honourable man too. He admitted he wasn't up to the job and walked away. Not many would do that.

I haven't got a bad word to say about that man.

Scottish football would be about his level.

Is it alright to be bored and have a w*** whilst watching the x men on telly?
And do you think the rest of the family would mind?
