I considered it myself but put myself through the 'Torture' of the second half.
A VERY VERY bad day at the office.

With everyone leaving so early, made it a breeze getting home for the ones that didn't.
Leaving early for me is just sulky childish behaviour, why not stay to the end & watch for any positives in our game. You now didn't see how Remy affected play when he came on for example. All that's burned into your minds is 5 minutes of team breakdown, & not 85 mins of the match. Which minus the madness would have been a 1-0 loss.

I'm really not too sure I can take too much comfort from that

Well done Mr Vegetables give yourself a gold star. Clutching at straws if you want to take a positive from losing 4-0 at home to the bottom team. Those that left at half time did the right thing, wish i had, HF stopped singing whole of the second half and the atmosphere was tocic. Hate seeing our fans turning on the team but it was deserved and how much crap do we have to out up with especially at home.

I left at the 90th minute to avoid bumping into Sunderland fans on the train.

I Thought about leaving but was glad I didn't.

Those that left missed the tribute to Mark Wealleans in the 49th minute that was paid by the whole ground, including the Sunderland fans.

RIP Mark.

Remy did make a difference and begs the question why, when we are playing a side who has lost their previous 6 games, we decide to play just one up front and stand off for most of the match. Whatever you say about the players, most of the comments correctly, the way Allardyce set the team up yesterday showed no ambition.
