Cant blame the players though on that one. If you think you can get a contract without relegation clauses then why agree to a contract with one?

Where I don't like things is a player like Jenkinson. Just f off and watch your career turn to slurry. He's lacking confidence, hasn't played for ages and wants a pay rise. Avoid.

I don't think relegation clauses are particularly unusual anymore, players as much as clubs like to have them so I can't see that being the issue.

I think we are a victim of a still woeful scoutIng set up and FFP.

I have made it clear I am not a fan of Allardyce but I think to his credit he has a history of getting in decent players.

I would think that having BFS as our manager and the way he keeps on about the players being crap and not good enough has something to do with new players steering clear of joining us. If he kept quiet and did what managers are meant to do and that is install some confidence and passion into the players and make them paly like a team. Our players must be feeling really low with the way BFS keeps telling them they are sh1te. I do not think that helps in any way whatsoever and he needs to change the record IMO.
We shall have to wait and see wont we?
