The owners or the player? Their recent derisory bids for a few players are embarrassing. Spurs used to do the same. Spring and Summer bids in the papers during season ticket renewal time for every decent player in Europe but about 25% or more under their known value. West Ham haven't even bid 50% for the recent players they've shown interest in.

I think it's a disgrace, West Ham have been great to the lad, he's on good money, fans love him, I know he was talked about at Marseilles but West Ham is where he made his name and this is how he thanks them, what a w@nker
