I'd be surprised if we have any plans to sign Snodgrass given that we have Schlupp and hope to get PVA, The comparison with Samba makes no sense as we don't need another left sided player (if we get PVA) but we do need cover at CB. Having said that, I think Samba is a pretty poor idea and would much prefer Collins.

Hull have now sold two of their best players in a space of a week. Livermore and snodgrass gone. As much as its positive reading for all palace fans in terms of a relegation rival being weaker but i do feel sorry for their fans, owner wants out and looking like championship to come.

If we do escape relegation, we'll have to count ourselves extraordinarily lucky that two of our rivals, Hull and Sunderland, have owners who aren't even trying to keep their clubs up.
