Tuesday debacle so reminded me of a Championship home game against scunthorpe in April 2011. I’m sure many on here will remember it. scunthorpe were in the relegation spots in 22nd place and Palace were one position higher. scunthorpe had lost their previous 9 away games in a row while Palace on this occasion had not lost a home game in 13, since October. Surely Palace would win this one and put some distance between themselves and their opponents? Nope, Palace lost 1-2. Same score as Tuesday. Even the opponents name starts with the same letter. Sadly Allardyce copped a lot of flak on Tuesday, but it's fcuk all to do with him... he has inherited a crock of sh1t and will have to bring his A game to sort it out and avoid relegation. I hope Parrish doesn't fcuk about waiting till the last day of the January window to buy urgently needed players!
