Sorry, but clouds and arc angels just look tacky as hell for me. Secondly, from somebody with a design background, clouds just scream of trying to fill space without a real idea.

I'm not into tattoos at all but I think it a very nice way for you to remember your dad. To me the eagle doesn't look right though, it reminds me of a our budgie we had years ago who would puff out his feathers and strut up and down on his perch. I mean no disrespect by this, but that is genuinely the first thing I thought of when I saw it.
