Morgan Schneiderlin (CDM) - would be a great addition to play along side macca. He's fallen so far down the pecking order at united, that a move could be most definitely on the cards; so why not throw our names into the mix.

Kieran Gibbs (LB) - This position clearly needs looking at, it's an obvious weakness at the moment, even though Kelly has been trying his best, we need some cover here! Gibbs could be that guy, even if we don't buy... a loan would be a very realistic option.

Schneiderlin would probably be on a far chunk of wages and possibly cause issue with FFP.

Gibbs yes please, loan deal would solve the LB issue and could also be a try before you buy. Also better on the FFP plus won't be on huge wages. Would be a positive for Arsenal too I guess.

Get him game time and experience whilst being under Sam watchful eye.

If I was Sam I'd then go and try and sign Pickford from Sunderland. Offer them £15M and see if they can say no.

Quality quality keeper for years to come. Will win us points.

We will score goals and wasting this window worrying about up to isn't necessary.

Get the back line sorted, starting with the number one.

I doubt we'd go for him or that Sunderland would sell him, but hey it's a thought...

I think Gibbs is a possibility, but absolutely no way are we going to get Scheidalien.

Both Everton and West From want him, and Mourinho is going to want to recoup as much as possible on him. So beyond our capability, plus going to play for Koeman must be a big draw for him.

I also think we should possibly sort the LB position in Jan and save our money for the summer war chest.

I mean our current position isn't that appealing and if we can move up the table I think we can attract better players in the summer.

I think Sam will be relishing the prospect of working with the palace squad and showing he's not actually the one dimensional manager people think he is.

M'vila had a pre contractual agreement to sign for Sunderland upon expiry of his contract, robertson has had a year extension taken out by Hull so might be out of country.

Players that i think are realistic and worth a shot....
Charlie taylor
Kieran Gibbs
Lamine Kone

Also i liked the look of Diomande of Hull, pacey skillfull and powerful, could work well up top with benteke.

Sakho at CB is a good shout.
DM is a position I would like sorted; Kirchhoff, Schneiderlin or Dembele for me.
LB is an obvious position that he will want to address; Shaw, Van Anholt or Ben Davies would do fine. Shaw is probably the most likely out of those.
A striker is needed too as we can't rely on Remy as understudy to Benteke.

I am not sure he has got a full season in him ever again. He'll mainly compete with Johnny Williams and Connor Wickham for position!

Exactly that's a bullet we could dodge. Really need fit players ready to slot in.

Well Gibbs is in the starting line-up for Arsenal today so a good chance to see how he gets on.

I fin it hard to believe you value Mutch at 2.5mill and chungy only 800k?

Mutch has been nothing short of god damn awful since he's come to us. Chungy hasn't set the world alight, but at least he's been playing on a semi-regular basis and has had some decent games.
