AP must of lost the dressing room otherwise I would of expected him to atleast be in charge for the next game it's strange time to release him why not straight after last game

His statement would suggest otherwise and I didn't get that feeling from the last two games.

Sad for him because he had the right ideas just couldn't pull it all together, but it's the perfect time to replace, we will have someone lined up who will already have targets for Jan. I still think we will be alright come the end of the season.

The replacement we want must have become available and that's why Pardew is going now.

I am glad he is gone. He didn't know what it took to grind out results.

It's need to be someone that has the same mentality of getting the team to be more possession based however I can see it being big Sam which I hope it not. He may keep us up but we won't get anywhere for years to come.

Lombardo and Mancini anyone

Presently we are fighting to stay in this league. This season is going to be very tight and we may well be relying on 3 worse teams than us. I have more faith in the likes of Allardyce sorting this out than Mancini with no experience in a relegation scrap. Allardyce would come in and try to get the best out of our squad which isn't up to major transitions etc. Regroup under him and scrap for everything. Stoke had 6 or 7 seasons under Pulis before looking at a different management style. Gradual evolvement is the key to long term success.

90 mins of boring football, constant pressure & plenty of 0-1 losses, can't wait

I'm surprised but mostly relieved. Glad he’ll be remembered for getting us to a cup final rather than relegating us.
