When they turn up in the car park with their boots and shin pads it's up to them to be fit and keep fit all week and have tip top focus, concentration, discipline and game management. How silly of us all to think the manager takes no responsibility for 9 months of shyte with a break and even then 2 p1ss poor preparations for West Brom and West Ham. Supporting Alan's lifestyle and Palace are not mutually inclusive. ..no, when not on the pitch it is down to all managers to keep the players as healthy and prepared for everything that they can, but when on the pitch the manager cannot then be responsible for the players actual deciding behaviour and decision making, hence you can get players noticeably improving on the pitch and others not so and some appearing worse from previous game.

Who would Burnley, Hull, Swansea and Sunderland take from our squad? Benteke and Zaha for sure. Maybe MacArthur if they watch our games, Cabaye and Townsend if they don't. It's not like the rumours are flying about how great our squad is and the big boys are going to pick it apart. With injuries and an aging midfield, this is hardly a top-half squad.
We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the drugs began to take hold... |

They are not as fit, sharp o focused. The players do not decide the levels required. That bloke managing them does. But you keep defending him. You'll be defending him next October with a banker at home v Barnsley after 7 wins in 2017.

I asked my swans-fan friend, he only wants Benteke and Zaha. (But he hates toon players and Pardew). I won't post what he said about the rest, but let's just say he thinks they are under-performing this year. The only one I could debate him on was MacArthur because he didn't know he's added goals this year. Co-worker here likes Sunderland (god knows why). He only wanted Benteke. Claimed Zaha was a whiny ManU reject and the rest were old or Championship material. But he thinks his squad are tops and Moyes is the Messiah. Good to know other fans are equally deluded about their teams. I don't know these teams squad well, but I reckon all 4 teams have better LB options than Kelly and Fryers.

So you want Pardew shooting because he is allowing the players to be not fit on the pitch, I would imagine that it's every single players dying wish to be as fit as they can...considering they are more or less self employed and in the shop window every time they play, they are being paid to perform, they don't have the same feelings we have towards our club, imagine being told to support Everton from now and forget all about Palace.....Bolasie did, very happily. I don't wish to have these moments with you Mr Rudi as I can see your obviously like me and very keen to see our club survive and kick every other club to hell, I feel we will survive and that this team is going to kick arse very soon.

If it wasn't for the changes to the loan-rules, we would have had some players on month-to-month or less. Players like Jonny Willams, Kaikai, Freddie Ladapo, Keshi Anderson, Boateng and Luc Croll could have been recalled and could have been on the bench instead of these Development players I've never seen before. Either way, his math doesn't work, so I'm not sure who he considers 'senior'. But I'd rather try Jonny or Kaikai than Sako or Campbell.

Fvck sake can't you grasp the manager and coaches design and plan training and fitness training? That slips, focus, application and results slip. You either get that or not. They turn up, do the work and should aim to work hard. If they're not stretched or at peak prep and focus who is at fault? Why did the defensive training not work for Swansea away? Why did the players demand more defensive training the Friday before Hull away after the Thursday trading 24 hours earlier was below the required standard and probably inferior to what they e had before. I suppose you'll wave that away as well.

Having just read three pages of argument I would like to be a little optimistic, irrespective of who manages the team in 2017 we have to play the following fellow strugglers at home. Swansea,Sunderland,Middlesbrough,Burnley,Leicester and Hull also Watford and Everton. All these matches are very winnable, whilst our home results have not produced many points we have played all the top teams except Arsenal and Spurs so all is not lost.

Or individual sports people have personal trainers, should be able to do it by themselves. All these fitness experts - just a waste of time and money.
