If this were to happen ...first names of the teamsheet would be Hennessey, Ledley and Johnny Williams

Which would be good as we really need to choose the 3rd best keeper and have some welsh hobbit running about in midfield.

Why would Coleman want to leave a job managing a country to manage Palace? Its a non-starter as far as I'm concerned. Though crazier things have happened if you're a Palace fan.

It's funny, everybody on that list below odds of 33/1 incurs a "Please God no" from my lips. Except maybe Dyche and Howe but we all know they ain't going nowhere.

Many would agree with our propensity to appoint ex-players as managers in our recent history, the list being endless, and I struggle to recall any being truly outstanding.
Chris Coleman achieved little as a Premiership Manager and I have little confidence that he has the ability to turn things around and keep us up,which must be the number one priority and will become a real challenge to any new manager.
One prospect who is currently available with vast experience in the Premiership is Big Sam,who has the ability to keep us up and if Saturday's game results in yet another defeat, why delay his appointment?

Parish seems to have a soft spot for fashionable smarta**es. Coleman would certainly fit that, while Big Sam is ruled out for that reason.

Why? Jonny Williams isn't a guaranteed starter for Wales so why would he be for Palace

I don't think Coleman is the right man but he can organise a defence.

Wales only conceded 4 goals in 10 games and none against Belgium.

Also re qualifying, we are not in desperate trouble at all, not where we would want to be, drawn too many but we still have to play Ireland twice. Depending on what happens, the dream could be over or we could be in pole position. Until that is resolved one way or the other, I would imagineColeman will stay with Wales

the dignified don't even enter in the game

Coleman earns around £300,000 a year compared to Pardew earning £1.5 million. That's the main reason!
