Marvellous that it can't have been the 12th as Steve P has provided evidence to the court that he was having his hair done.

I know, hilarious. Spat my tea out when I read that bit.

Well, that's Al's severance payment sorted!

Now here's Wright, his first chance to see what he can do, and he's through, it's Wright, ohhhh what an impact by the substitute. And it's Ian Wright who's sent the Palace fans into ecstasy!

Anyone fancy a bid on a nice house in Lilyput, Sandbanks, Poole, very nice view of the harbour. Possibly coming up shortly?

Pretty extraordinary. I doubt he'd ever get a job again if he wasn't so good at what he does.

Yep - Pulis only received £950,000 because the rest of it went to HMRC. However he has been ordered to pay CPFC all of the sums paid to HMRC in tax. CPFC will make efforts to get it back, and that would then be paid back to TP. However, not guaranteed HMRC will pay it back.

Also - below is a very interesting quote about TP's behaviour(see para 20 of the judgment.

When pursued by the Club to recover compensation for his breaches of duty, the excuse that he raised and maintained throughout the proceedings was a false one concerning the timing and effect of the Heated Players' Meeting. By any standards his conduct (prior to and during the litigation) has been shown to be disgraceful."

Referred to above - the quote about SP vising the salon as evidence as when the players meeting was!!!!

(see para 29)

Mr Parish's movements on 12 August, and the supportive evidence of taxi fares, of telecommunications evidence called as expert evidence, and the hairdressing salon at which he attended on the relevant morning when the HPM is said to have occurred, and the Arbitrators were persuaded by that evidence.
