Should have been sacked after the Cup Final.

Having said that I can not see any way back for him.
He has to go now. They are shot to pieces.

Add to that the toxic atmosphere next weekend. That will help no one.

I said that before the cup final, ironic that United sacked theirs that day after winning it and we kept Ours despite the league form.Just hope Parish learns that ex players are not what we need around the club but the best people for the job and a few that have actually won or achieved something would be a start.

Pardew specialises in those though doesn't he ?

Great first few months and saved us from relegation but reverted to type.

He has to go, he can't and won't turn this round. This slide has gained too much momentum. Allardyce for me.

Totally agree more ex Palace connections is not what we need right now.

I do fear that Coleman will be favourite though.

I'd still give him till Christmas but would change if the right manager was available just sick of the manager merry go round. Really want to have someone who has the chance to build their own squad, really don't want to go down the Sunderland route of a new manager every year and doing just enough to stay up. But it is a results business and the board will be desperate to keep the prem money coming in.

If you really do want to get someone in to build their own squad then Pardew has to go now so that an appointment can be made before the January window.

Pulis could hardly be called that. Nobody can deny Pards did a good job when he first arrived but it has gone sour now. Talk of bad runs on radio interviews now is hot air.I have every faith in the owners making the right decision for the club in terms of management, as they have done in the past.
