Hopefully a manager with a no.2 that compliments his personality. Every great management team had a good Cop bad Cop approach, maybe time AP tried it too. But that might upset the happiest group of players he's ever seen. Well happiness in a squad evaporates when failure isn't defeated.

It's the way the goals were conceded. 30 yard screamers, individual magic - you can't defend against - but those goals, you can and at this level, should be. Exactly. Its self inflicted, week on week. All stems from poor management. Sorry to say but anything but a win next week and he must go.

Just got back from the game, I have to say i don't think I can criticise the commitment from the players today, I think everyone gave there all, I also thought Cabaye had his best game for a while and Punch gave his all, Its just the apparent lack of a plan/tactics from the Manager, again 2 silly mistakes in defence, And this is becoming a regular routine, The defending from the corner for the second goal was appalling. I don't think Pardew can turn it round. I have not seen his excuses for this game yet, But I am sure it wont be his fault, However well we played we still lost, that really is the only fact that matters, And IMO this will only change when we bring in a new manager,

IMO we have gone from one of the soundest defences in the league to one that leaks goals for fun under Pardew, Admittedly it took him time to dismantle our defence, But thats what he has done, He should galvanise the defence. He sold Jedinak (A leader) So this is his team and with that comes responsibility of drilling into the players what he wants in every scenario, It is every week silly mistakes in defence, Thats my opinion and your welcome to your, Who do you blame for our poor defending?

Ultimately it is Alan's fault because he's the boss and get's paid a huge amount of money to be the boss.

If social media and the radio is anything to go by West Ham Fans very unhappy at the moment. Everton starting to think Koeman is a fraud and we can have Bolassie back for the cost of the taxi fare Even a few questions of Ranieri, in particular his press conferences. Utd fans still not convinced, I won't include Arsenal as they're never happy There's a lot of football to be played, lots of fans at various clubs unhappy, losing to City and giving them a bloody good game doesn't require an excuse. Swansea, Hull and to a lesser extent Southampton are a different story

just saw Pardew's interview on sky sports. His excuse is something vague about ''small errors costing us'' ..... and who takes responsibility for the behaviour of the people in a team ?
