TBH the level of service is poor, even in the surrounding public houses.

Take the Clifton for example. The singular most sweaty, fattest man of all time (landlord), sits at the corner of the bar, blocking the narrowest of pathways at the end of the bar, with his 12 remote controls and resolutely refuses to serve or help at the busiest of times. He actually looks put out that so many people have chosen to use his pub.

It's sad but its becoming part and parcel of the match day experience, sh1te service everywhere.

Last time I went to Main Stand I forgot where I was and offended everyone around me.

It's a place for old people and kids.

Has anyone sat in the Directors 'box' area? Any special treatment?

Regarding the gates behind the main stand at either end.
Why do they insist on not opening the large gates at both ends, but only open the small side gate.So you have thousands of people trying to squeeze in and out.Only a small point but very annoying and gives off a very amateur impression of the club's matchday set-up.

Good bar service in Crystals and the Victory Club. Why bother with a boozer that does not deserve your custom. Clifton is a health hazard. Their sellar has rats, never drink out of a bottle in their as rats have probably pissed on it.

I'm at the back of the Stephenson. For a few seasons i purposely sat in different parts of the ground. I like the Stephenson, generally in and out quickly, the service has got a little quicker (but I cant give anything more than that).
I quite liked the back row of the Whitehorse which was my other option when I bought the ST this year.

The Stephenson is definitely older around me, but there are definitely younger people joining us.

Where is the Victory CLub?

Agree about Crystals, very organised means quick service.

Just down the road from Norwood Junction. Gets busy but has upstairs and downstairs bar, outside area and loads of bar staff. Its very cheap too in comparison too pub prices. 5 minute walk from the ground.

So, was at the Nou Camp last Saturday. 6ft 1 but could stretch my legs in my seat. £3.50 for a cold pint. Wait of about 30 seconds to be served. All staff encountered polite, bright and competent and customer focussed.

83,000.

Love Palace but some of the things they try to and do get away with are a disgrace now that they are a wealthy club. P1sstakers.

Yes there is, struggles a bit as the bar area is quite small. Place is still in the 1960's decor wise but its friendly enough and a few old faces get in there as they do the Victory Club.

Are the drinks still cheap on match days. I went to a wake there a few years ago and couldn't get over how cheap the drinks were
