Bolasie had some great games for us. Loved watching him, very unpredictable, skilful and exciting. He moves on and gets more money, we get a huge fee. Loved him, lost him, prefer Andros and Wilf, no reason at all to disrespect/boo Yannick. Everybody wins.

Best of luck Yala.

I wish Bolasie all the best - but not when he plays against us !!!!

I was there yesterday, and to be honest, very few people were actually booing him - I feel that OP got very unlucky with where they were sitting. The only unanimous things that were directed at Yanna were his name being cheered when they read the teams out and the "You're just a s*** Wilfried Zaha" chant, which was just essentially banter at the end of the day. It can't seem to have affected him that much, as he came over and applauded us at the end...

At the end of the day, though, of course there is going to be bitterness towards him for whatever reasons. Also, I know it's not much of an excuse, but we did produce an excellent atmosphere yesterday, which many people get caught up in and express things which they may not necessarily mean.

That's a good honest post. The stuff I have stood and chanted at games before that I really don't believe in. Weird isn't it?!

I won't lie, I loved Bolasie to bits, but when you make an atmosphere and ~1,000 other people are singing "you're just a s*** Wilfried Zaha," it's quite hard to not get involved.. especially when you've had a few and all.

'You're just a s*** Wilfried Zaha' can just be a bit of banter, but the outright booing annoyed me. Bolasie was a great player for us, instrumental in getting us to where we are now, and left in entirely reasonable circumstances with us profiting nicely.

No,it was one of the few yellow cards that was actually warranted last night. However, Bolasie doesn't have a malicious challenge in him it was honest but clumsy.Unfortunately clumsy can still break a leg and therefore a yellow was justifiable. For some peculiar reason Koeman did a bit of a Pardew with Bolasie last night and pushed him in a more central position.I think it helped us more than them as he had less space to operate in and it lessened his threat.I questioned AP when he did it but now Koeman has tried it they must see something I don't.

Yeah, he doesn't play defence. Can't put him on the wing as he never tracks back.

I used to love watching Bolasie running at defenders in a Palace shirt, i thought the transfer was good for all parts in it especially as he wanted to leave Palace and for the price Everton paid which helped us bring in a replacement in Townsend for about £16 million less and the rest helped us really strengthen in a position where we needed strengthening by bringing in Big Ben shows what an astute bit of business was done by Parrish and Co. As for booing and abusing him that's not for me but nothing wrong with some banter like last night, but in general he isn't wearing a Palace shirt so i couldn't give a toss what he does now more interested in how Benteke, Townsend and the rest of our new signings are settling in and how they will improve us as a team

Spot on. It really annoys me all the murray and gayle threads and how people wish they had never left. If you stand still in football and dont evolve and develop the team you get overtaken very quickly. At least the speroni must play threads have stopped although a couple of bad results will have the pardew out and bring back gayle, murray and give jonny williams a chance brigade back on in numbers.

People bad mouthing or booing Bolaise are stupid mean minded idiots. He was nothing but excellent for us, and pivotal in us getting promoted and staying up for three seasons.

He earned the right to move on, and is right, Everton are a bigger club, with greater potential to realise an ambition of a higher level. But anyone who thinks he did us wrong is a moron.

He's gone, finished with us and we with him, great memories but he is not one of us anymore.
He wants to beat us with his new team,he tried last night,we gave him grief as he tried to get the Everton faithful to rank up the noise.
During the game,I ain't gonna clap him and say well done.
After the game I like him again and can remember the good times we had with him at the Palace.
Dont see what the problem is

Booing no, banter is fine.

What surprised me is that Yannick wasn't smiling like he usually does. Whether you think we stopped him smiling or it was the sentimentality of who he was up against, it clearly wasn't the Yannick we knew, oh, and blue alone doesn't suit him!
