We are doomed. I post that before every Palace game that Cf#ck refs, and it comes true every time. Especially the cup final. Our winning streak is about to come to an end, sawn off at the legs by the worst ref in football. And the most up himself too.

Dear oh dear.
And here's me thinking this was a serious thread.
It really is ridiculous to call referess at PL or EFL level the "Worst" in football.

As far as I am concerned :

Stretford Faithful?

We don't do possession; we do defense and attack. Everything else is just wa**ing with a football.

I'm sure anyone on here could highlight multiple examples. Some of his decisions beggar belief and when they continue to happen questions should be asked of his ability and suitably to referee at this level. I don't think he's good enough at this level and don't want him to referee another one of our games ever. I'm fully expecting serious errors.

He displayed competence and disinterest in the games he reffed in the Euros. Also, he wasn't photographed dry-humping one of those team's legends before the games.

Juss sayin'...

Speaking in general terms you see so many terrific decisions made by the officials.Brilliant advantages, tumbles which to the naked eye on TV looks a certain penalty but not given and TV replays show it was the correct decision and NO penalty was awarded. You see some brilliant "Tight" offside/or not offside calls made by assistants etc etc etc.

Would love to see SKY occasionally show all of them after a game to highlight the excellent job done by officials. They are far too busy interviewing footballers after the game with all their blandishments and cliches and it is hardly entertaining. As for that "Man of the match", I'm fed up of the interviewer asking the player "Can you do the honours please...." asking a player to hand over whatever it is to the MOM.Why the hell can't the interviewer do this instead ? Bloody tedious.

The world and his wife condemned Clattenburg for his failure to play the advantage in the Cup Final, to say nothing of his chummy fraternising with SAF before the game. He f*cked up in the Manchester derby a couple of weeks ago. Also Spurs v Citeh in February. He has alienated several managers with his so-called 'decisions' having ruined games. Supporters, on the whole, loathe him. He is a narcissistic self-publicist.

Ask yourself, Why do other refs like Marriner or Dean not regularly attract such vitriol or, indeed, the criticism of the press to the same degree? What is it with Clattenburg that draws so much attention?

To say the FA seem to rate him is hardly a ringing endorsement, either, coming from pusillanimous, corrupt f*ckwits who've kow-towed to Blatter, Platini and the like and who spectacularly and continually f*ck up the England national team set up. You say that Collina rates him - I've read nothing to that effect. Clattenburg isn't even fit to look at Collina's boots, let alone lick them.

You know Clattenberg is a touchy subject with Palce supporters yet you go out of your way to trumpet his alleged 'quality' as a referee. For a clearly intelligent man, you really disappoint me.

Just commenting on tthe last paragraph - Will comment on the rest later as I am going out :

Firstly, thank you for the compliment about me being "Intelligent" but alas I admit to being cerebrally challenged.

Regards the rest, all I am doing is expressing my opinion. Am I NOT allowed to do this even if many disagree ? All I see is a constant Clattenburg barrage and vitriol which I fervently disagree with hence my retorts.

Interestingly enough I was in a pub the other day and got speaking to a couple of elderly Palace supporters who totally agreed with me about Clattenburg and they both thought he was a quality referee. So NOT a "Touchy subject" universally !

Anyway, must go out now !

Total and utter baloney as far as I am concerned.

Referees in general make mistakes but they are highlighted far more than any excellent decisions they make.

Why don,t you comment on the point Cucking made about the advantage in the cup final....all of footbal and any one else could see that was totally f*** up..not once but TWICE.
And he even waited for Wickham to get up then blow his w***ing whistle.

Because even Willo, the chairman of the Clattenberg fan club knows that his hero f***ed us over in the final, but he will never admit that " mark" is in any way biased against us....even after his antics with Ferguson before the final...come back on Friday the after he royally screws us AGAIN and see Willo defending him as ever...
