I'm not sure how people see Punch being in at def mid when MacArthur is available and in their number 10 position but each to their own.

McArthur does the pressing these days, Puncheon does the build up. It interchanges during the game but I think in the defensive phases it's generally McArthur further forward. Once we get teams pressed back, Puncheon might push higher.

Mandanda Honestly think we could try out three at the back against a piss poor Sunderland. Ledley can always drop deeper. Personally think that team would boss it. Would take some balls from Pards and no doubt if it didn't work he'd get slaughtered... But if we can try it and it works against Sunderland it then gives us options in the future if we're chasing a game or not bossing midfield. Obviously would not work with Cabaye in the side.
