Ain't nobody like Joe Ledley Not good enough imo at least as our first option for a change in midfield. Doesn't tackle enough, slower than Jedinak, lets caught out by players that like to play in between the lines. He does have an eye for supporting the attack and finishing loose balls that come his way but that might get you 3 goals a season if he plays every game. It doesn't fill me with confidence that he's the next option if anyone gets injured, midfield is the area we are thinest in, especially as we generally play 3 there. If the price for him does drop, then might be what passes these days for a PL bargain...

What is wrong with Joe Ledley? Brilliant in Euro 2016 (Wales reached the semifinal - England thrown out by mighty Iceland)), but not good enough for Palace?

I don't know how any of you could say no really. Fergie rated him and he's a very good tidy dm, a replacement for the loss of Jedi in this position. Years of prem experience and only 25. As much as I like ledley if pardew only sees him as a sub then bringing in McCarthy is good. Maybe move cabaye forwards ect, good all round squad improvement I think.

Some people on this site make me chuckle Edited by coulsdoneagle (29 Aug 2016 3.45pm)
