They'll probably end up calling meetings about how un-inclusive they are becoming. Either that or they won't notice, but it's all good fun. Plus there are 15 people in my team and I can tell my boss is wondering who the Chinese woman is.

The way I see it is if I put myself down as a queer Jedi Chinese lady in a wheelchair every year and then suddenly revert to being a white able bodied straight male, the company will have a melt down that one of their boxes isn't been ticked any more. They'll probably end up calling meetings about how un-inclusive they are becoming.

Either that or they won't notice, but it's all good fun.

Plus there are 15 people in my team and I can tell my boss is wondering who the Chinese woman is.

Only people who are prone to prejudice define themselves or others. I generally consider that such groups, whilst they enlighten, ultimately serve a futility of restricting themselves to their own self perception, as opposed to others perception.

Also, lumping numerous sexualities and genders in together is itself prejudicial.
