I would guess that as with so much so called journalism, the person who wrote this did not bother to check their information. Of course, I could be wrong.

Why we even considering signing this joke of a GK. We have 3 GKs already and we want to sign another that will waste a squad space for a player that bring something to the table. Not someone that is regularly known for making errors. I will loose faith in people if we sign this GK that should be sponsored by 'Anchor Butter'. Parish, pardew please dont let this be true. Thought we had a little more ambition than that these days

It's only the Mirror, but this is what they're saying about our keeper situation: Crystal Palace have enquired about QPR’s former England keeper Rob Green along with French club Bordeaux. If we bring Green in and let Jules go out on loan it's a sick joke. Jules is miles better than Green and has been a loyal servant to our club. I can't imagine he'd be happy if this does happen.
