Been hearing a lot about these boxes. I was wondering if you guys who have already got one could clear a few things up for me?

1. Do you have to buy these jailbroken to get kodi and the football and stuff on them?

2. Are the streams poor quality and always buffering like trying to watch them on online streaming sites or are these streams different?

3. Can you get apps which broadcast all the satellite channels, which would make it a viable alternative to a Sky/Virgin package?

Also if anyone has a link to a good one to buy from amazon/ebay it would be much appreciated as well. Cheers guys.

Bought mine from Munster gadgets.it's called an M8 box.about £60 but he then tweets all the updates to you. I've watched every Palace game that I haven't been able to get to in full HD,no buffering.

Sorry, meant to also say he pre loads show box on it as well

RoboCop has the best streams for Prem games and it is free!

Not got a box, downloaded tvmc for windows and just hook the laptop to TV everygame.

I have a firestick. £34. Can't recommend it enough.

I put Kodi on it and then downloaded the spinztv build. it comes with everything needed to watch, any live sport, latest movies, TV shows old and new, etc. Don't pay a penny.

There are loads of you tube clips showing you different ways to install all you need. Enjoy.

....and we haven't even started on Genesis: virtually every film ever made (often with up to 14 streams to choose from for each one) and new releases seem to appear 'same day', whole TV series, boxed sets etc. etc....... Enjoy!

Anyone got a MXQ model Android Box as these seem to be the most popular on eBay? They also seem to come fully loaded with Genesis, Showbox and Sportsdevil etc

I think sportsdevil is rubbish, NJM Soccer for me is the best one for football.

Phoenix and Genesis for films.

Robocop works fine on my PC for Prem football but none of the films have any streams on Genesis. Anyone know what the issue might be?

Get the same No Stream Available regularly on Genesis and Sportsdevil. Phoenix works.

Genesis used to be fantastic for films and TV series out in America but not over here.

Been crap for ages tho.

I would try and clear the sources and cache in genesis, that might help. It's also worth clearing the cache in Kodi too every now and then.

Go into Genesis then tools.

I would go to first General and set timeout to around 20 seconds as if you can;t get a stream it takes less time to tell you.

Then clear the streams and cache.

You can also set HD priorities to streams that you find more reliable too, so if something like YIFY is your favourite, put that as priority 1.
