Depends on your definition of famous i guess...but local residents to Chislehurst / Petts wood include..Hale and Pace (yes they live in the same road as each other), Paul Elliot (ex Chelski), Gary Stevens (ex Spurs), Billy Bonds (Ex Wet Spam), Nick Gusset (Hol Radio fame) and Gianfranco Zola (who lives next door to my ex)


Rio Ferdinand, Lennie Lawrence, Gary oneal, paddy McCarthy,Kenny Samson and David haye live in locks bottom/ Farnborough/Bromley common. Seen jamie foreman up there loads of times.

I go to virgin active in Bickley, as do Craig fair brass , Smiffy from the bill, tammar hassan, steve Backley , Christian from eastenders, lee Ryan from blue

I've been on the punch bag at keddles in St Mary cray , next to dizzee rascal.

We did some building work on Sean Derrys house in Downe.

Gian Franco Zola lives in Bromley i believe.

Roy Hudd who i met at the 1990 fa cup final lives in Clapham,

lovely bloke.

I've lived down south for the best part of 30 yrs and I have never met anyone who has actually seen Ronnie Corbett in Croydon. Does he really exist?

Not sure I should class her as famous as I didn't know who she was when she first moved around here but Sandra from gogglebox lives in Thornton Heath. Really nice lady

According to my Bromley postman mate, Mick McCarthy still lives in Bromley from his time as Millwall manager, he had a young family back then and didn't want to uproot them, now I think he just has a flat where ever he's managing.Sunderland must have been a heck of a commute.

My late brother-in-law went to school with Roy Hudd.
