My budgie lip read a wood pigeon who was having a conversation with a blackbird in the garden ...he said that Pulis told a seagull passing his house in Bournemouth that he's staying with Palace!!!!

How much do you want for your budgie?

Perhaps he could tell the wood pidgeons who sit in a tree in our garden to stop crapping on our lawn!

Irrespective of this rumour, I've always had a feeling that Pardew was going to manage Palace one day.

I've heard that Pardrew has had the same thoughts as well. Would make sense for it to happen one day.

Someone claiming to be itk (with history of calling things right) claims this is on. Source comes from ex Newcastle player with friends in first team.

Make of that what you will...

And so Stan walked towards the Holmesdale and in his mind, marky word, mad stories. The thread must have been fruity four years old to grow it and grow it all night load, what? .

And if all the flies were one fly, what a flyferlolliper that would bould.

Is this a five minute argument, or the full half hour? [Link]

The OP (who only joined weeks ago) has an obsession with TP moving to other clubs. Who cares what some mate of a mate supposedly thinks? Ignore.

A) no I didn't. B) no I don't. What do u bAse that on?

When recently questioned about taking the Palace job Pulis admitted to agonising about it and listening to advise from many people in the industry. Peter Coates and Fergie were apparently the only people who cited Palace's supportive owners as reason to take it.
He has since stated that although with all successful working relationships it has to be worked at, that he is glad he made the right decision and is now looking at moving forward with the club (on the understanding that the owners are on the same page-they'd be mad not to be)
I cannot see Pulis leaving the green shoots of something special to work with Ashley who will not give him significant funds yet will expect success. The fans will label him a long ball merchant before the team kicks a ball and will not give him a chance.
He will undoubtedly get a big pay rise to go to Newcastle but he probably would not last more than a season as either the fans would drive him out or Ashley's demands will become so unreasonable, he'll walk.
I'm no fan of Pardew but he is a decent manager. The reason for their poor form is more to do with Ashley looking to make a fast buck when anyone shows interest in one of their players and his refusal to reinvest. I don't believe Pulis can work with someone like that.

If you look at some of the Pardew signings at Newcastle they are not BIG fees in Premier League terms :
Anita £6.7 Mill, Obertan £2 Mill, Sissoko £1.8 Mill, Gouffran £1.2 Mill, Haidara £2 Mill, Bigirimana £750K, Debuchy £5.5 Mill, Santon £5 Mill.I think the signing that cost the most was Cisse at £10 Mill.
Pardew bought Cabaye for £4.3 Mill and he was sold on at a big profit.

Yes 'Sandbanks' is very prestigious but there are some lovely locations in the North East ! Understand some of the footballers live in the Ponteland area of Northumberland.
