Since 2010 took over we have had a lot of luck to get us to where we are now but their appointment of Pulis shows how much they have learned in a short space of time and also their ambitions for the club.
Having someone with his knowledge & experience at the helm could definitely be the catalyst to us securing long term Premiership status. It's also great to hear him in press conferences as he speaks assuringly and is very open. Good things ahead for CPFC!

Really ! All luck until now? Wow tough audience

I think most of the audience realise that our success was not lucky and appreciate the hard work that has gone on behind the scenes to turn our fortunes round. Congrats CPFC2010 and thanks a million.

It seems my post has been taken the wrong way!

For the record, I'm not putting our position purely down to luck and that there has been no hard work involved. As someone said, you buy your own luck and the luck I was talking about is the speed in which we have done it, especially looking at our run-in last season and us scraping into the play-offs pretty much due to others around us performing badly too. Once there we got the job done without luck and this season we've had our share of misfortunes too.

I haven't ever doubted the board and have always thought they will take us forward any of my previous posts about them will clarify that.

Blimey, since when did HOL become so sycophantic?

The fire and brimstone and the fermenting of high dudgeon has been replaced by one big "Love-in" !

No need to justify yourself!

You mistake sycophancy for appreciation of a job well done, to the good of everyone who loves CPFC.

Goodness is what you do. Not who you pray to.

Wise man our TP. Some, including the poster, may suspect the thin line between what we give to make Palace successful or to produce a 'successful' company, ripe for investment. Please be wise enough not to cross that line, in all respect TP.

At the start of the season, I couldn't see where the points were going to come from...I kept remembering Steve Coppall's reply to a question after a previous promotion ( "What does next season mean to you?"...." "Nine months of misery!".We've always had hope when we get promoted but now we've got ambition plus the means and personnel to really become the CLASS ACT we've all believed we could be. Personally, I've not felt this positive about our prospects since the Malcolm Allinson days ( well, OK, there have been the odd days over the last 40 years but.....). Tony's whole attitude is so in harmony with what Palace want & need that I thank God (really!) he joined us.
Palace in Europe within a couple of seasons-PUT MONEY ON IT.

I think with Tony Pulis as our manager and what he has accomplished the board should seriously consider having him around as long as Man U has Sir Alex Ferguson...
Long live Tony Pulis.
