I'd like to see a revamp of the old retro claret & sky blue strips with the gold collie and cuffs

As good as some of these are, the reality is we're saddled with Macron and their sh!tty kits. Macron currently only do the kits for sh!tty teams (Villa, Leeds, Sheff Utd and Scumwalll) so I'm disappointed that we've jumped in with them. You don't exactly need a genius to design a striped red and blue shirt that is almost the same as the previous one. No point paying over the odds

Football shirts have become a joke in recent years. I was looking at grabbing the latest England kit but then I saw the price.

Have to say i hate claret and blue. Without trying to sound a bit "Brighton," Red and Blue are fantastic colours; very vibrant!

I'd like to see that classic white with red and blue sash shirt come back. Was before my time but looks class in photos and was given one as a boy.
Yeah I mean the proper red/blue sash on white shirts. Like in '79

...and this one I like any shirt with a white background. When Villa recently paid us a visit they wore a white shirt with claret/ purple blocks. It was different but at the time I wondered if it would work in red and blue on white? Sorry, don't have an image.

For sentimental reasons I love the sash but yellow does seem to be a "successful" away colour for us.
A five year old child could do this! Somebody fetch me a five year old child. |
