Seems to me that Sunderland have run out of steam. The Cup runs they have had have zapped all their energy. To be bottom of the table at this moment in time makes it curtains for them. I can hear the fat lady clearing her throat now....

I didn't think Sunderland were going to go down after that good spell in the cup they had but they seem to just not be getting any points which has thrown them right back in it. I can see them picking up 8 or 9 more points but wether that's enough, I don't think so. The current bottom 3 might be a very good prediction for the relegation candidates.

Cardiff bottom, then Sunderland... 3rd relegation spot i don't know, i did fancy Fulham to go, but they have now got a chance against Norwich. What Norwich are doing god only knows, sacking a manager with a handful of games to go and the fact that they are not even in the bottom 3 beggars belief. Based on that, it's Norwich for the drop now...
