If we get to the Fulham game with our fate still in our own hands, it will have been a good season and more than most could have hoped for. Simples.

Lets just concentrate on the next game Sunderland. Man city or Chelsea they certainly are not and we only narrowly lost each of those fixtures away by the solitary goal. If you can't be positive don't say anything

I love this, if you don't agree with me, don't post anything!

I've never said I once want to see Palace get relegated at all, only that I don't share the same rose tinted spec view that you have that we'll destroy everything in out path, especially after witnessing the last few 'dead cert' wins where we've failed to even get close.

We need to get 3 points against Sunderland with a dominant display, possession, shots, control. It will give the players confidence and demoralise Sunderland more as well. Will we do this? on evidence of recent displays, nope. Doesnt stop me hoping we'll see it happen.

Any chance of an injury to their goalkeepers?!

I'd kill one of my cats for a point at Sunderland and I'd kill the other one for another point against the Toon.

Sorry cats but this is Palace *

* This is not literally true. I do not support animal abuse of any sort, although I'm pretty bloody keen for Palace to stay up.

If you can keep your head when all around are losing theirs...

Its not do or die. Could do with not losing though. A point will be fine.

Cant see Cardiff, Fulham or WBA getting many more points. Might be a record low total to stay up...

Agree with you Finchley,it might be that 36 or 37 point keeps us up this year.

On Saturday we need to be positive and take the game to them,a point is fine, three points puts us on thirty points which will give everyone a massive boost.

come on lads we can do this.

It will have been a great season, given where we were when Holloway went. I still think we could still very well be going into that game on 37 points

Personally I think we can beat Sunderland, Villa, West Ham and Cardiff - On the basis that we've beaten them already this season (Cardiff and Sunderland were fairly comprehensive victories).

Newcastle, Everton, Chelsea and Liverpool are probably the only games I'd say we'd expect to lose (and then we drew with Everton and only conceeded one at Chelsea).

Absolutely, a draw is fine. They need the points far more than we do, Sunderland is maybe the one we really really want to win, as it puts us six points clear, effectively making their games in hand redundent.

Thats quite comforting to know. I'd still like to get three points this weekend. It'll settle the nerves and the naysayers.
