Having watched England this evening There was one big missing factor in the England performance. With all the clever footwork and instant control, there was no real fight. If Nobby Styles was around now, noway would he make the side. But no-one can argue that the likes of Nobby and Jack Charlton were what made the England performances stick. That's probably why a player like Ward should be in there. He has enough basic skill and positional sense not to look stupid. And no fancy dan, foreign player would be allowed to look too good or have it all their own way. I believe Woy knows this and the team for Brazil may show some surprises.
