I was worried Fulham were starting to pick up points against the big boys, this had to be stopped!

Just when I thought that I was out...........they pull me back in

For first time recently other results have favoured CPFC Stoke & Swansea still well within sight,Fulham going nowhere. Even the postponed game tonight could mean our guys will be fresher for Saturdays game !

Man Utd couldn't score against Arsenal, and I quite fancy our chances to really upset them and stick the final nail in their coffin.

Totally flawed reasoning; we don't have a game on Saturday, it's Saturday week and we had a chance to play a weakened Everton on a poor run. Nothing good out of the postponement; the only good news was other results went in our favour.

This is what I was thinking, too. We could get something out of a no striker, out-of-form Everton, especially in tough weather conditions.

Liverpool will win this, 45 minutes yet and their front line is lethal

Yeah, real deadly!
;-)

How did this team smash Arsenal all over the park and then struggle against the bottom feeders?

What this game and most of the other results show is that we have to do the job ourselves, we simply cannot rely on other results going our way.

And I see signs of half remembered days, I hear bells that chime in strange familiar ways

We are doing the job. It's not a matter of relying on other teams it's just a bonus that results went our way when we missed out on playing.

And I. How many times have we been a team on a roll when the game's postponed but on a slump when the game is rescheduled?

I am of course not admitting to the possibility that we will go on any sort of slump.

I hope that this postponement doesn't achieve greater significance further down the line; let's hope it's rearranged soon.
