Finding it difficult. Between Jedinak, Ince and Speroni but just can't decide. OK here goes..... Ince. Because 1 goal and 1 assist and generally looked quality all day. SPERONI ALL DAY LONG

For me its between Ince & Chamakh. Basing it on talent:- Ince Basing it on work rate: Chamakh The way Ince was getting the ball and going passed players & obviously his goal & assist. Also his calmness when the WBA players were fouling him. Could of easily lost it a couple of times but just got up. Chamakh was all over the pitch. Helping out in defence, winning the ball on the pitch and in the air, retaining the ball and going forward and of course the calm penalty he took. Sorry Jedi but you need to read this. [Link] Yes, a good game by Jules. It looked like he wanted to come out of the six yard box a couple of times but defenders got there first. It looks like he's more aware of coming to get the ball if needs be. Those WBA players certainly liked a moan at the ref.
The pyramid to beat all pyramids!! Find out what team is in which division, eg which division is Coppull United in? |

Definitely Chamakh, the guy is another level and it was good to see him finally playing alongside someone who will run onto his little flicks and knocks on. Was so nervous during the penalty but knew he was going to score, very good finisher when he decides to shoot. Speroni excellent too.

I'm gonna say it.. Had a drink so don't care bout the stick ATM.. Jedinak was awful today I'm afraid.. He was v Hull too. Did ok vs arsenal but seeing his early season bad form creeping back in I'm afraid. Love the guy, love his commitment but I'm afraid, where the likes of Delaney etc have shone this season, Jedi has surprised me as an under performer. Taking too long on the ball. He is better than that and I'm sure his best is just round corner but I agree with previous posters, he's not been great as of late Mom for me is between chamakh and ince. Good three points today.. No reason why we can't go to Everton full of confidence and get at least a point. Jedinak to score header from

Jedinak to score header from to be fair it must be the drink talking. however, I do agree he is in a poor run of form as relates to his passing which has been dreadful in his last few games. He still reads the game well, tackles ferociously and is an awesome defensive midfielder. The reality is he probably needs a week or two rest but we cannot afford to leave him out. I am sure though his full form will return soon.

Chamakh, despite very good performances from Ince and Jules. Chamakh took the pressure off when we were 2-1 and looking dogged, created it out of nothing really. Plus his hold up and passing play, ability to keep the ball and use it has been massive recently. Loved the little cheeky header attempt during the throw in. But what was that about Yacob grabbing Danns nutz ?

Ince no question. Probably worth another thread but seeing him today and thinking about the vote last year, who would you prefer now?

Lots of negative stuff about Jedinak but he does a massive job defensively for us and wins a lot of midfield battles. Yes I agree a few miss placed passes but don't feel it warrants all the negativity. Catch 22 though, he is a beast defensively but has been a total liability in the last few games with his distribution leading to another opponent attack! It's like Wilf in his early days beating 2 players and then going back to try it again only to lose the ball and stick us under pressure! If we are to progress we need a midfield that are both very tight defensively but also very accurate with distribution. When he joined his passing was woeful, it got heaps better and he still has a cracking 40+ yard pass, just seems to not be able to judge short passes again ATM. Hopefully he snaps out of it.

Ince also doesn't try and dribble out of his own penalty area! Watching the Welsh derby last night it seems Mr Zaha still has this in his locker and, as usual, lost the ball and Swansea nearly scored! Anyway, MOM for me would be Chamakh with Ince/Speroni close behind. I tell you what though, WBA looked like a seriously strong/physical team. We struggled to knock any of their players off the ball, especially Anichebe.
